Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from advent-world.com ("Advent World", "we", "us"). Advent World is operated by Auckland Finest, 139 Quay Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell advent calendars and festive decorations. We show our products as accurately as we can; small differences in colour or design can occur. Decorative bottle and drink ornaments do not contain any beverages.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (including GST) for New Zealand and in US dollars (excluding sales tax) for the United States. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Orders

After you order, you receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has been made; if so, you receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free to New Zealand and the United States. Delivery times and other details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns

You can return items within 60 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other consumer law that applies to you.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
